• Contribute hands-on to the design, development, and delivery of AI/ML components within client projects, ensuring high-quality and reliable solutions

• Support the AI Lead Architect by contributing to the implementation of AI adoption initiatives within S&PE

• Design, build, and deploy AI/ML applications and systems using Python, leveraging AI frameworks, cloud AI services, and application pipelines (cloud or on-prem)

• Apply generative AI models as part of end-to-end solutions, including use cases such as chatbots, deep learning, and image processing

• Work with a variety of AI models, including Generative AI, deep learning, and neural networks, and explore innovative and practical applications

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, architecture) to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and pipelines

• Work directly with client stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into technical AI solutions

• Clearly communicate technical concepts and solution approaches to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the AI practice by sharing knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned

• Develop and maintain reusable assets, accelerators, and technical components that strengthen the overall AI offering

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or data engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
• Experience with traditional NLP, LLMs, and conversational AI, both in experimentation phase and in production
• Experience with vector databases for semantic search and RAG solutions in a production environment.
• Experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Strong consulting and communication skills.
• Comfortable with the machine learning lifecycle and MLOps and DevOps principles
• Fluency in English and French OR Dutch
• Experience in responsible AI practices, bias detection, or compliance (nice to have).
• Knowledge of data engineering tools (nice to have).
