Collaborating with a diverse team of UX Designers, Ad Tech Specialists, and MediaCommerce Consultants, you’ll work at the intersection of technology, media, and creativity. Responsibilities

As a Data & AI Engineer, you’ll be the architect of our data foundation, ensuring seamless, scalable, and secure data flows across our ecosystem. Your mission will include:

• Designing and managing a central data architecture to power our AI and automation projects.
• Building and optimizing data pipelines to transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Implementing the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for structured and secure AI data access.
• Ensuring data quality and integrity across internal systems and external platforms.
• Crafting complex SQL transformations and scalable data models using a mix of code and low-code tools like Airtable.
• Ensuring GDPR/AVG compliance across our data architecture.

Your skills and experience:

• Data Modeling: Advanced SQL skills and experience structuring relational databases.
• Data Engineering: Proven expertise in building robust data pipelines and ETL processes (Python or JavaScript).
• Modern Development: Familiarity with low-code platforms and AI tools to accelerate development.
• API Integration: Proficiency in working with APIs and processing JSON files.
• Protocols: Interest in or experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Compliance: Knowledge of GDPR/AVG regulations in data architecture.
• Data Tooling: Experience with advanced data environments like Airtable or SQL databases.
• Experience: 3-5 years in roles such as Data Engineer, Data Architect, or Database Developer.

Day-to-Day

• Spend 70% of your time hands-on: writing code, building data pipelines, configuring data models, and implementing solutions.
• Dedicate 30% of your time to designing data architecture, documenting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with AI agents, consultants, and other specialists to ensure data quality and usability.
• Translate complex data flows into scalable models that empower our team and clients.
