You will join an open, supportive, and friendly multidisciplinary AI team consisting of data scientists, analytical translators, and machine learning engineers, where collaboration, learning, and enjoyment go hand in hand. We work flexibly, with the option to work both from home and from the office. Together with various departments, we develop AI solutions for the consumer market, ranging from marketing and media to process improvements and customer support.
The team is part of the Data, AI & Adoption department and an active AI community within KPN, where around 50 AI specialists regularly come together to share knowledge, inspire one another, and take part in fun activities.
Digital media is a fast‑changing, data‑driven landscape in which AI plays an increasingly important role in how we reach new and existing customers. As an AI & Digital Media Analytics intern, you work at the intersection of data, media, and AI. You are energized by analyzing data, working with new technologies, and improving our digital media efforts.
You collaborate closely with the AI and media team within the consumer market and support the improvement and optimization of our media strategy and channels. This is a broad, hands‑on internship in which you contribute to data analyses, help drive AI‑powered optimizations (such as search), learn how to program, and actively think along about new solutions that have a direct impact in practice.
