At Atos, we’re looking for a seasoned Senior Data & AI Engagement Lead to join our Digital Transformation Consulting practice in the Netherlands. This is a senior-level role for a commercially minded leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, technology, and client delivery.

🎯 Your Impact

As a Senior Data & AI Engagement Lead, you’ll be responsible for building and nurturing long-term client relationships, engaging with senior stakeholders, and leading the delivery of complex data and AI programs. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them unlock business value through data-driven transformation.

You’ll work closely with Client Executive Partners (CEPs), delivery teams, and domain experts to shape strategic roadmaps, define solutions, and ensure successful execution.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with CxO-level stakeholders, understanding their strategic priorities and translating them into actionable data & AI initiatives.
• Engagement Leadership: Set up and manage delivery engagements, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Commercial Growth: Identify new opportunities, expand existing accounts, and contribute to proposal development and pre-sales activities.
• Strategic Advisory: Lead workshops and strategy sessions to define transformation roadmaps and data-driven business models.
• Delivery Oversight: Guide multidisciplinary teams through the design and implementation of scalable data & AI solutions.
• Change Enablement: Support clients in adopting new ways of working, fostering a data-driven culture through communication and training.

🧠 What You’ll Bring

• Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, AI, Information Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in digital transformation consulting, with a strong focus on data, analytics, and AI.
• Proven track record in managing client relationships and leading delivery engagements.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to identify and shape new business opportunities.
• Excellent facilitation skills and experience with frameworks like design thinking, agile, and ADKAR.
• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Azure, Databricks, Python, or XAI tooling is a plus.
• Fluency in Dutch and full working proficiency in English.
