We are looking for a proactive and business-savvy AI & Data-Aware Senior consultant to strengthen our team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, data engineers, AI specialists, and product owners. You will help shape and deliver AI-driven and data-centric solutions, leveraging platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft AI tools, and emerging technologies to support sustainable, scalable, and compliant business outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines analytical strength with technical fluency, strong communication skills, and a passion for turning business challenges into intelligent, data-supported solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand challenges, processes, KPIs, and decision needs.
- Translate business problems into clear functional and non-functional requirements for AI, data, and automation solutions.
- Create process flows, user journeys, use-case definitions, and data requirements.
AI & Data Product Development
- Engage with customer stakeholders to identify AI use cases and prioritize them.
- Partner with data engineers, AI developers, and product teams to shape and deliver solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Data Science/ML tooling, and Azure AI Services.
- Support feature prioritization, backlog refinement, and value tracking.
- Validate models, outputs, data pipelines, and solution functionality with stakeholders.
AI Adoption & Enablement
- Identify opportunities for the responsible and effective use of AI, copilots, automation, and analytics in the business.
- Help teams adopt new AI-driven ways of working by providing guidance, demos, and documentation.
- Drive change management and promote value realization for delivered solutions.
Data Governance & Quality Assurance
- Support teams in defining data governance needs, quality checks, lineage, and accessibility in line with organizational policies.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, ethics, and security guidelines—especially when using ML/AI models.
Industry, Sustainability & Business Context
- Apply domain expertise (e.g., Health, Insurance, Sustainability, Customer Experience) to shape meaningful and context-aware AI solutions.
- Where relevant, contribute to sustainability-focused analytics, ESG reporting, and data-driven impact dashboards.

Required Skills & Experience
Core Business Analysis Skills
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, and functional documentation.
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into understandable business language.
- Skilled in facilitating workshops, demos, and decision-making sessions.
AI & Data Literacy
- Good understanding of AI concepts (ML basics, LLMs, copilots, retrieval-augmented workflows, predictive analytics).
- Experience with Microsoft AI tooling (Azure OpenAI, Copilots, Responsible AI practices).
- Ability to challenge technical teams constructively and contribute to solution design.
Microsoft Fabric & Data Platform Expertise
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, including: Data Factory (pipelines), Lakehouse, Warehouse concepts, Dataflows, Semantic Models, Power BI, Governance, OneLake concepts
- Understanding of data engineering and analytics lifecycle.
Consulting & Delivery Skills
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams within agile delivery environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder influencing abilities.
- Ability to manage priorities, risks, and dependencies.
Good to Have
- Sustainability domain knowledge (ESG metrics, carbon accounting, regulatory trends).
- Industry knowledge relevant to Health / Insurance / Public sector.
- Experience in automation tools (Power Platform, Copilot Studio).
- Familiarity with Design Thinking.
Preferred Background
- 3 - 6 years of experience in consultancy or internal digital/AI transformation roles.
- Proven track record bridging business, data, and technology.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Management, Data/AI, or a related field.
- English at C1 level.
