Working Student Transformation Consulting- AI & Innovation (Amsterdam)

What will you be doing?
You will conduct research on AI adoption and support the AI Adoption Team in helping clients navigate their (data and evidence driven) AI transformation journey from a people-focused perspective. You’ll contribute to strategies, workshops, and deliverables that enable organisations to embrace AI effectively while balancing innovation with human impact. In this role, you will:
Conduct research on AI adoption strategies, change management, and human impact to support client projects
Assist the AI Adoption Team in designing and implementing approaches that help organisations embrace AI effectively
Analyze insights and prepare evidence-based recommendations for improving people-focused AI transformation
Support workshops, presentations, and client deliverables related to AI innovation and human adoption
Collaborate with consultants and subject matter experts across PwC
Does this describe you?
Eager to learn and ambitious, with a passion for the intersection of people and technology
University background in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, or AI Technology (or equivalent MSc-level studies)
You have an excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
Curious about how people adapt to change and excited to explore the human side of AI adoption
Affinity with innovation and technology, especially AI
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Enjoys working with diverse teams and meeting new people
Motivated to help organisations embrace AI and drive transformation
Solid research and analytical skills to support evidence-based insights and recommendations
